Absolutely! Here in Australia we call diapers 'nappies' (although diaper is now starting to be used a lot more)
I use them both interchangeably - I type diaper, and when I'm speaking, I say nappy...

Diaper Sizing Chart?
Measurements are taken in the shape of a captital 'T'. The long measurement is referrred to as the rise (from lower back waist thru to below the belly button) and the short measurement is the distance around the waist.
My diapers run at a slim - medium thighed bub, and have a low rise under the tummy for babies comfort - but they still effectively catch everything you expect a diaper to catch!
